Counselling and Psychotherapy

Counselling and psychotherapy are designed to provide a safe, confidential place for people to talk and reflect on any aspects of their lives. Talking with a trained professional offers an opportunity to explore issues which some might find difficult to discuss with friends and family.

An Integrative Approach

Integrative psychotherapy draws on a variety of different theoretical and clinical ideas, including elements of psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, mindfulness and cognitive theory and practice. This flexible and diverse approach enables me to work with individuals based on their own unique and complex needs. Building trust and respect through the therapeutic relationship is a key component of my clinical work.
